| Description: | Startup error The temperature detected by the main or sub thermistor does not rise to the specified value during startup control. |
| Causes: | The detection temperature of the main thermistor did not increase after start of the power distribution to the heater. |
| Remedy: | - Check the fixing film connector. - Replace the fixing film unit. - Replace the DC controller PCB. |
| Error code: | E001-0000 |
| Description: | Abnormally high temperature (detected by main thermistor) The main thermistor detected an abnormally high temperature 235 deg C) during temperature control |
| Causes: | The main thermistor detected a temperature of higher than 255 degree C. |
| Remedy: | - Check the connector of the fixing film unit. - Replace the fixing film unit. - Replace the DC controller PCB. |
| Error code: | E003-0000 |
| Description: | Abnormally low temperature (detected by main thermistor) After the temperature detected by the main thermistor has reached the specified value, it does not reach the specified value during initial rotation. |
| Causes: | The main thermistor detected a temperature of lower than 120 degree C for more than 1 second when 20 seconds elapsed after start of the power distribution to the heater. |
| Remedy: | - Check the connector of the fixing film unit. - Replace the fixing film unit. - Replace the DC controller PCB. |
| Error code: | E004-0000 |
| Description: | Fixing power supply drive circuit error |
| Causes: | 43 to 57Hz could not be detected continuously for more than 5 seconds when zero cross detection started. |
| Remedy: | When the same error repeatedly occurs after several times of turning the power OFF/ON, execute the following remedies. (1) Replace the DC Controller Board. (2) Replace the Fixing Assembly. |
| Error code: | E100-0000 |
| Description: | BD detection PCB failure The BD detection PCB is faulty. |
| Causes: | Yellow optical assembly failure |
| Remedy: | - Check the connector of the BD detection PCB. - Replace the laser scanner unit. - Replace the DC controller PCB. |
| Error code: | E196-0000 |
| Description: | Invalid RFU execution requested |
| Causes: | D-con update for the host machine or the optional cassette is not completed. |
| Error code: | E196-2000 |
| Description: | ROM read/write error (Error in storing each setting values for user mode / service mode / factory mode) |
| Causes: | Error in writing in/reading from ROM (storing settings) Cause: Problem in main controller PCB |
| Remedy: | When the same error repeatedly occurs after several times of turning the power OFF/ON, execute the following remedies. (1) Update the set of the Controller Firmware (2) Replace the Main Controller Board. |
| Error code: | E733-0000 |
| Description: | Erroneous communication between controller and printer Cannot communicate with the printer at startup. |
| Causes: | Printer communication error (communication error at initial communication and negotiation packet error) |
| Remedy: | - Check the connectors of the DC controller PCB and image processor PCB for normal connection. - Check the power supply of the printer (Check whether initialization is performed at startup). - Replace the DC controller PCB or image processor PCB. |

| Description: | Printer communication error (Invalid communication after communication is established, Parity error) |
| Remedy: | Turn on the power again. Replace the DC controller PCB. |

| Causes: | Communication with the Wireless LAN PCB could not be established. |
| Remedy: | When the same error repeatedly occurs after several times of turning the power OFF/ON, execute the following remedies. (1) Replace the Wireless LAN Board. (4) Replace the Main Controller Board. |
